Dr. Indira Couch (also known as Indi) is a seasoned CEO, Business and Executive Coach, and Strategic Planning Facilitator with over 25 years of experience in management and leadership. Known for her passion for innovation and results, she has helped countless business leaders achieve growth, strengthen teams, and streamline operations. Dr. Couch is celebrated for her ability to simplify complex challenges and turn hidden opportunities into tangible successes. A transformative leader, she has been honored with numerous regional and international awards, including multiple BizX Awards, Best Business Influencer 2021, and the HRMATT Lisa James Award for Learning and Development, 2023. As a Licensed Engage and Grow Diamond Level Coach, she was named the Caribbean’s Most Resilient Business & Leadership Coaching Specialist by Acquisition International. Dr. Couch holds a BSc (Hons) in Political Science and Economics from the University of London and a PhD in Development Planning. She is President of the International Women’s Forum of Trinidad and Tobago, Director of the ANSA McAL Foundation, Chairperson of the Hope Centre Children’s Home, and a former Director of the Jamaica Manufacturer’s Association.
